Our school aims
Pupils can expect to be encouraged in their ambitions and talents, to try new things, to make mistakes, and to learn from their experiences. We strive for high-quality and engaging learning and teaching, offering a wide range of opportunities for everyone to discover their unique skillset.
Confidence, resilience, and self-belief are instilled while we embrace the diverse nature of our school community. We promote open, honest, and respectful communication and welcome creative and innovative thinking.
Additionally, we promote good mental and physical health through active lifestyles, organised sports, and outdoor experiences.

Dallam is all about welcoming and valuing parents, ensuring a warm, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere where everyone’s voice is heard.
We believe that parents and schools are a team, working together to ensure our children feel safe, happy, and successful. We keep parents updated on all the exciting things happening at school and how their child is doing because we believe in sharing every step of the learning journey together.
In the best cases seen, joint working between home and the school led to much better outcomes for pupils; in particular, this helped pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities, those with low attendance or who were potentially vulnerable in others way.

Our approach to teaching and learning
